Gourmet Cookery Classes 2019

At Crescent College Comprehensive Cookery Labs.  

A fun, interactive and informative set of classes that people really enjoy. 


Intermediate Classes Will Run On Wednesday 27th Feb, 6th March, 13th of March Nights 7:00PM -9/9:30PM

Beginners Classes Will Run On Thursday 28th Feb, 7th March, 14th March Nights 7:00PM -9/9:30PM

Each class will commence with an introduction, class notes with nibbles and refreshments on the night. Each student will be provided with knifes, aprons, ingredients, course notes and pens. All you will need to bring is yourself and a will to learn and have fun.


Beginner Level

Three practical classes covering
Basic knife skills
Introduction to the 'mother' sauces, dressings and marinades
Idea's and tips on how to incorporate healthy options
Basic breads
Sweet baking
Family meals
Cooking for numbers.
Go home each night with full ingredients and instructions to cook a dish for two utilising your newly acquired skills.

Go home each night with full ingredients and instructions to cook a dish for two utilising your newly acquired skills.

George Is returning to Pichet to reunite with his mentor Stephen Gibson to give guests a chance to eat some of George’s creations.

The guests will treated to a wonderfull six course tasting menu.

The evening will start with a taste from down under with Georges signature rosemary and pink grapefruit gin sling along with two delicious snacks.

This will be followed by an amuse bouche, fish, meat, pre dessert and dessert courses.

The 1st pop up of the year and not to be missed.
